Mitchell graduated from La Trobe University in 2007 and has since completed his Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates accreditation.
He is currently the Head Physiotherapist for Dandenong Thunder Soccer Club (Victorian NPL), Dandenong South Soccer Club and FightFit Boxing Centre.
Mitchell incorporates the latest research, cutting-edge technology, skilled manual techniques and individually-tailored, active exercise to deliver a superior rehabilitation experience. By drawing on his own experience with Clinical Pilates, strength training and yoga, Mitchell delivers innovative rehabilitation programs, specific to your needs.
Mitchell’s involvement in sports and orthopaedics has not only fueled his passion for knee and shoulder injuries, but also established strong working relationships with Melbourne’s leading Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Doctors, General Practitioners, Exercise Scientists and Personal Trainers.
Outside the clinic Mitchell is an avid traveller, runner and yogi. He is also fluent in Sinhalese.

Rom is a qualified Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Occupational Therapist. He has also completed advanced Clinical Pilates certifications through both DMA and Studio Pilates International. This extensive knowledge base is at the forefront of Rom’s approach.
Outside PRIMAL, Rom is the Clinical Director at PhysioXp, Noble Park.

In his spare time Rom is a closet gym junkie, rugby fan and masterchef. He is also fluent in Sinhalese.
